4. How often do Essential Pieces, LLC receive New Arrivals?
New Arrivals are posted regularly, and in doing so we notify our customers through email notification of these new arrivals and when your favorite items are back in stock! However, we do not restock final sale items.
5. What are the general sizes?
Essential Pieces' sizes range from small (Sm), medium (MD) and large (LG). Although sizes vary between manufacturers, sizes are generally as follows:
- SM (2-4)
- MD (6-8)
- LG (10-12)
- XL (14-16)
- XXL (18-20)
- XXXL (22-24)
We also include the measurements of our models to assist you in selecting your accurate size.

Return Eligibility Requirements
Almost all items are eligible for a return in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within (3) business days of the delivery date.
- Clearance items will not be accepted for return.
- Clearance items meet one of the following criteria:
- Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
- Please note: Items will be shown as clearance when they are put in your cart and will also show up as clearance on the receipt included with your order.
- Return for an exchange:
- We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory.
- Return for a STORE CREDIT:
- Must be postmarked within (7) days of the original order date.
- The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- What you need to do PRIOR to returning an item:
- Submit a return request via e-mail at: Fashion@esspentialpieces-ep.com prior to attempting to return an item back to Essential Pieces, LLC to validate the acceptance of your return.
- When mailing a return:
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
- Please provide the original receipt or a legible copy in the package.
